Campaigns on brands like Pepsodent, Axe, HSBC, ICICI BANK, BBC World News among others when at Lowe Lintas, Mumbai, paved the way for a leadership role at Lowe Lintas, Delhi, where he took on the responsibility of defining its creative product and culture. While the stint enabled Shriram to work on brands like OLX, Havells and Micromax, he is equally proud of leading the transformation of the office and playing a significant part in its growth and success. This set him up for the role of National Creative Director when Mullen Lintas came into being. His creative brilliance on brands like Tata Tea, Bajaj Avenger, Too Yum, Voot, Havells, Dabur and his role in building not just the creative culture, but also the agency culture has been recognised as causal to Mullen Lintas’ phenomenal success within just 2 years of launch. Shriram believes that stories liberate brands. And that, with newer media, interest segments, platforms and formats emerging, it is mandatory today for brands to tell more than one kind of story. Chief Strategy OfficerKedar’s career spanning 2 decades is an unique and interesting story of 2 halves. The first half was in advertising, and for most part, at Lowe Lintas. He signed off his first half in 2007 in strategic planning as the Regional Planning Director for South East Asia, based out of Bangkok on the Unilever business. The second half of his career thus far, has seen Kedar leading the marketing function in some of the most marketing savvy companies - Airtel, HUL, McDonalds and Sony Sports. A rare marketing talent who believes in the power of analytics and creativity in equal measure, Kedar firmly believes that data based insighting gives the creative process a better chance to tell stories more interestingly, engagingly and therefore more effectively. This belief of his has been evident in the results he has delivered – most notably the brilliant surge of Airtel between 2007-10, the doubling of the premium skin care category when at HUL between 2010-2013, bringing back brand love for McDonald’s and #MeriDoosriCountry for Sony’s FIFA 2018, which delivered unprecedented record breaking numbers on viewership for football in a cricket obsessed country. Kedar was recently identified as amongst the top 50 marketers in India and has been an active jury member on a number of marketing and advertising excellence awards.
Chief Operating OfficerSrikanth has had exposure to a wide variety of experiences and disciplines over his two-decade career, with leadership responsibilities in Advertising, Media & Entertainment, Digital and Consumer Engagement. He started his career at Leo Burnett, spending 12 years in its Mumbai and London offices, working on Business Development and across Account Management & Strategic Planning on clients like P&G, McDonalds, Coca Cola, Philips, Tata, HDFC Life, Diageo and Sony. He then went on to head Marketing for Walt Disney’s Television business in India, being a part of the leadership team that helped the Disney network grow to leadership status and the flagship Disney Channel go from being #5 (and last) to the #1 Kids Channel in India. Post that, he started the India business for Advocacy Asia, the world’s most awarded Word of Mouth company, leading consumer engagement for clients like P&G, HDFC Life, Kaya & Mahindra Holidays.
Creative DirectorFor most of the last decade, Adarsh was at Lowe Lintas, belting out one winner after another on brands like Tanishq, Flipkart, Paper Boat, Britannia, Mia, Flying Machine and Fastrack. His prolific run includes over 60 campaigns across these brands and he has played his part in over 130 television commercials. Yes 130! Over these years, his work has been recognised for its effortless popularity with ridiculous regularity as well as for its routine top showing at the Effies year after year. He has been featured in Brand Equity's '30 under 30' and Kulzy's 'Young Lanterns' list.
Creative DirectorIn his decade long professional journey, Srijan has created stories for brands, both in advertising and in the branded content space. He has been with DDB Mudra, Leo Burnett, Publicis and until recently with Culture Machine. He has worked on campaigns for brands like Zee TV, Skoda, Union Bank, Sony LIV, Amazon and Future Group to name a few. As one of the youngest creative directors in the business, Srijan has quite a few awards under his belt.
WriterPradyot quit his job as a space research engineer at ISRO to pursue his writing career. He started out as a copywriter at Mullen Lintas and worked on brands like Starbucks, Bajaj Avenger, Voot and Honda. He later moved to The Viral Fever to become a screenwriter. To his credit, he has numerous sketch videos on YouTube. He scripted episodes for shows like Chai Sutta Chronicles for TVF and Mr. & Mrs. for Girliyapa. He has been nominated for, and won quite a few awards.
WriterFrom wanting to become an Oncologist at a point in time, Ishita veered towards advertising 7 years back and thankfully decided that it was the better fit for her. She started her career with Lowe Lintas and happily stayed with them, having experienced the best of both Lowe Lintas Delhi and Bangalore offices. Here she got a chance to work with some of the best names in advertising who helped shape her and to find her own. She has worked on brands like Fastrack, Google, OLX, Xiaomi, Zoya, Micromax, Pernod Ricard and many more. She has also co-written a web series for the newly launched MX Player.
Jonaki has a BFA in Graphic Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and specializes in branding, editorial, advertising and UI/UX. She has previously worked with PillPack (Amazon), Kotak Mahindra Bank and has also been part of the creative team at MullenLowe, Boston where she worked on clients such as JetBlue, Century 21 and US Cellular among others.

Director StrategyGursimran’s life journey spans from being a serious physics & astronomy aspirant to working on building brands. In his almost 13 years long career, he has spent time championing result-oriented strategy. He has worked on Unilever brands, Axis Bank, Bajaj, Nestle, Kaya, ET, Viacom, Amazon, MakeMyTrip, MTV, Maggi, Teacher’s and many others at Lintas, Marico and until recently with Publicis Group. He has spent time working on brands present in S. Asia and SE. Asia as well. In addition to this, he has ventured into being an environmental activist & a musician as well.
Director StrategyPooja has over a dozen years of experience as a strategist and qualitative researcher with Lowe Lintas, Publicis and Quantum. During this time she has worked on marketing challenges for clients across India and Africa on brands like Lifebuoy, Fair & Lovely, Cadbury, Vim, Coca Cola and many more MNC and home grown brands. Pooja has an MSc. in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and looks to combine Human psychology, culture, behaviour change and emotions with design thinking, new marketing frameworks and advanced qualitative approaches to create brand strategies that hold their own in the dynamic world that we live in.
Lead StrategyRama is a data analyst with expertise in driving business outcomes through digital strategy and marketing analytics initiatives. He has worked with leading companies across domains (Financial Services, Online advertising, CPG and e-commerce) and at a global scale (India, US and EMEA markets). A Telecommunications Engineer with an MBA, he started his career with Infosys as a software engineer. He was most recently with Franklin Templeton Investments, preceded by a 3 year stint with Mu Sigma where he worked on marketing strategies, product launches and measurement for companies like Georgia Pacific and Microsoft.
Lead StrategySarath is a Digital Media Strategist by profession and a growth hacker and sports enthusiast. His last assignment was with Star Sports where he spent over three years leading the digital marketing and media teams with the aim of building a multi-sport culture in India. Prior to that, he spent time at PHD Network and MediaCom where he worked on FMCG, Auto and Financial Services clients like Hindustan Unilever, P&G and Volkswagen. He also led the team that planned and organized the Pune Futsal League, a very successful 5-a-side tournament.
Executive ProducerRigved is a graduate from the National institute of Design, with a specialisation in Visual Communication. He has donned multiple hats as Director and Executive producer with both, advertising companies and media networks like Ogilvy, JWT, TBWA and Star Sports. While he ran his own production house, he has also supervised special effects for commercials, music videos and films.

Starting out at Lowe Lintas, Bangalore, he has perhaps had the fastest rise in Account Management, from an Account Executive to a Vice President in only 7 years. He is amongst a rare breed of advertising professionals who has demonstrated in equal measure, interest and competency in both business strategy and execution brilliance. He is widely acknowledged in the industry for his great partnerships with his clients as well as with the execution eco-system - across media, publishing and production. Rajiv lets nothing slip between conception and execution; demonstrated most notably on his passionate associations with Britannia, Fabindia, Fastrack, GoDaddy.com, ITC, Olx.in, Pernod Ricard, Policybazaar.com, Tanishq, Tata Tea, The World Bank, Vivo Mobiles, Wipro and many others.
